Introducing Clutter

In Office 365 and Outlook 2016, Microsoft introduced a new feature called Clutter.  As of November 1st, this features is NOT enabled by default.  So, what is Clutter?  Basically, the email server evaluates the messages you receive and your behavior towards them using machine learning.  If you don't open them, delete them, etc. Outlook will move them to a folder called Clutter with the intention of keeping your Inbox clean and focused on only those messages that are important to you.  It learns and adapts.  If you find it moves something to the Clutter folder in error, right-click the message and choose Move to Inbox.  If you find something in your Inbox that could go into the Clutter folder, you should manually drag it to Clutter.  Nothing in the Clutter folder is deleted.  For me, the Clutter feature has worked exceptionally, taking my daily Inbox from 100+ messages to the 10-20 that are actually relevant.  Instructions to enable or disable Clutter are available here.
