Where does the storage come from in Office 365 and what are the limits?- Outlook - 50 GB per user, Archive is 100 GB
- OneDrive - 1 TB per user
- SharePoint - ESU has a total of approx. 700 TB assigned to us and SharePoint uses space from this pool.
- Groups - Similar to SharePoint, Group pull from the overall storage.
How does that compare?
Our current limits in Exchange hosted in the datacenter are 2 GB per user and 10 GB per user for Online Archives.
The 700 TB assigned to us is roughly 6 to 7 times larger than ESU's current storage capacy for all systems.
