As of November 1st, this features is NOT enabled by default. So, what is Clutter? Basically, the email server evaluates the messages you receive and your behavior towards them using machine learning. If you don't open them, delete them, etc. Outlook will move them to a folder called Clutter with the intention of keeping your Inbox clean and focused on only those messages that are important to you. It learns and adapts. If you find it moves something to the Clutter folder in error, right-click the message and choose Move to Inbox. If you find something in your Inbox that could go into the Clutter folder, you should manually drag it to Clutter. Nothing in the Clutter folder is deleted. For me, the Clutter feature has worked exceptionally, taking my daily Inbox from 100+ messages to the 10-20 that are actually relevant. Instructions to enable or disable Clutter are available here.ESU Adminhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06174151387187729271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2677481545931392187.post-37998105457609045742016-11-03T15:07:00.004-05:002016-11-03T15:13:09.941-05:00Office at Home<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">We have finalized the final technical details to allow students and employees to download Office 2016 on your Windows PC, Mac or mobile device from Office 365. After you install or sign in to your OneDrive client software, you'll automatically be synced to your employee OneDrive. You'll see this in Windows File Explorer as "OneDrive - emporia.edu" in most cases. (older clients may show it differently)
<span style="color: #777777; font-family: "arial"; font-size: 10pt;">The second is OneDrive - Personal (which you'll see shows up in Windows File Explorer, as well). This refers to a personal OneDrive account--NOT one associated with ESU. For example, if you have an outook.com or hotmail.com email address for personal use, you could add it here and sync your files. In most cases, you likely will never need or want to do this and can safely ignore it.
<span style="color: #777777; font-family: "arial"; font-size: 10pt;">

<span style="color: #777777; font-family: "arial"; font-size: 10pt;">Finally, if you have the older OneDrive for Business client installed on your PC, you do not want to use this one. Only use the client simply called "OneDrive".

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Outlook - 50 GB per user, Archive is 100 GB

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">OneDrive - 1 TB per user

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">SharePoint - ESU has a total of approx. 700 TB assigned to us and SharePoint uses space from this pool.

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Groups - Similar to SharePoint, Group pull from the overall storage.

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">How does that compare?
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Our current limits in Exchange hosted in the datacenter are 2 GB per user and 10 GB per user for Online Archives.
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The 700 TB assigned to us is roughly <span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">6 to 7 times larger<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"> than ESU's current storage capacy for all systems.
